Shooting with Maya

I’d shot headshots for Maya (in the gallery below) and loved her energy and enthusiasm. She’s also an extremely talented singer and musician with a great message for kids (and adults)! So when she contacted me to help with her album cover, I leapt at the chance. I really enjoy dark motifs with something ‘coming out of the dark’; in this shoot there is a darker side, but something brighter and more powerful lights it up.
