Actor headshots (kids and adults), senior photos, artist portraits, editorial portraits for publication, personal portraits. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to another booking in the event of a conflict or emergency.

Add a make-up/hair stylist, wardrobe consult, additional edits, text/borders on final images for the rates shown in the additional services section.
1 Hour Session
This is a 1 hour 15 minute shoot by appointment that includes: personal consultation, 3 digital edits, 1.5-2 outfits, location or studio, custom gallery, option to add edits at discounted rates.
$325 (includes $50 deposit)
1 Hour PLUS Session
For experienced actors/models that’s an hour and a half & faster paced – by appointment this session includes: personal consultation, 4 digital edits, 3+ outfits, location or studio, custom gallery, option to add edits at discounted rates.
$400 (includes $75 deposit)
2 Hour Session
This is a 2 hour shoot by appointment that includes: personal consultation, 6 digital edits, 3 outfits, location or studio, custom gallery, option to add edits at discounted rates.

Individual
This is a 30 minute shoot by appointment that includes: personal consultation, 2 digital edits, 1.5-2 outfits, custom gallery, option to add edits at discounted rates.

Small Groups
For small businesses or groups of 2-10 people. We spend 15-20 minutes per person, booked by group appointment that includes: consultation and instructions customized to your group, 2 digital edits per person, 1-1.5 outfits, custom gallery, option to add edits at discounted rates.
$125 per person (includes $125 deposit for the group booking)
+$75 to shoot at your location/business (included in deposit)
*make-up artist can be booked for the group upon request
Corporate Sessions
For small/medium businesses or large groups of 11+ people. We spend 5-7 minutes per person, booked by group appointment that includes: consultation and instructions customized to your group, 1 digital edit per person, 1 look, custom gallery, option to add edits at discounted rates.
$50 per person (includes 30% of estimate deposit for booking)
+$200 to shoot at your location/business (included in deposit)
*make-up artist can be booked for the group upon request
Deposits are non-refundable. Flexibility for deposit transfers to another booking due to conflict or emergency applies only to individual sessions.

Product/E-Commerce Photography
Studio shoot with 1-4 simple products that includes: personal consultation, 3 digital edits per product, studio with natural or custom lighting, options to add edits, products, lifestyle staging and more.

Lifestyle Staging & Model Shoot
Studio shoot with 1-5 products that includes: personal consultation, 3 digital edits per product, 2 hours of model time, lifestyle staging and posing, studio with natural or custom lighting, options to add edits, products, video, and more.
$500 (includes $175 deposit)
Full Promotional Session on Location
Customized Indoor/Outdoor shoot to your needs: location with your products that includes: personal consultation, a number of digital edits per product, model time, lifestyle staging and posing, lighting equipment, images for social media content, and options to add make-up artist, stylist, edits per product, additional products, additional models, video coverage, and more.

Extensive coverage of locations, travel destinations, individuals/groups, events, activities, etc. for whole day or multi-day projects. Can include video coverage, social media content, and other specific needs.

Additional Shoot Options
Hair & Makeup
Professional on-camera hair and make-up services. will add at least an hour to the front of your shoot and will be hired by RF Scott Imagery. Rates are per individual sitting and change for men vs. women individually. Corporate make-up add/ons are averaged out per person.

Wardrobe Styling
This rate will include professional styling guidance for your shoot and coordinate your look(s) for the shoot so you can be sure it’s exactly what you need. Stylist rate does not include the purchase of items and will be styled based on what you/models have, what you/they can bring to the shoot.

Branding Consultation
Take advantage of our collective expertise! Schedule a branding consult to help hone in on exactly what your business needs before we get shooting. We take into account your audience, social media presence, products, marketing strategy, and more!

Video Coverage
There’s no better way to boost your engagement in the digital space than with video. Having video on set for your shoot will get you behind-the-scenes content as well as HD video content for web, social media and promotional use. Rate includes delivery of finished video clips in chosen format. We can edit promotional pieces for you at an hourly rate.

Post Production & Retouching Options
I can cover post-production and retouching services as needed, even on images I did not shoot. I have experience doing re-touching for other photographers as well. All post-production services are on a as needed basis and must include a consultation.
Services include: Headshot and portrait retouching, beauty/advertisement, conceptual and composite, text/titles/borders/etc.
